Our second love, Soul! Together with the fascination for scooters came our love of Soul music, as with everybody ells at that time it started with mixed tapes copied at true lo-fi.

We did already at the later part of the 80’s organize parties & the DJ-ing started from that, from our parties & DJ-ing we have influenced a lot of people of the joy for the best music there is! Northern Soul, late 60’s & early 70’s have always been our trade mark music but to get the party going we also mix up with other kinds of music that fits the occasion.

Our DJ-ing grow & we soon had a Soul Club in Malmoe & a Northern Soul Club in Copenhagen, we did together with some German lads organize a lot of scooter runs in northern Germany where we used to play from 10pm until 10am for up to 1800 guests, me at the left turn table & Calle at the right. Our fascination & dedication two our hobbies goes hand in hand, therefore the brand name Soulscooter!

Our main warehouse is also heavy influenced by Soul; it used to be a private Northern Soul & 60’s club run by Calle for a good 8 years, the mirror ball is still hanging in the ceiling & the large target painted on the wall is still there hidden behind a shelf full of shining new tuning exhausts for Lambretta.
